Are you interested in featuring your property in our portfolio?

The great majority of the houses in our Villa Retreats portfolio are privately owned and we are always on the lookout for new properties.

Our first priority is for high quality houses in our main geographical areas of the Algarve, especially Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Dunas Douradas; the Balearic Islands, especially the Deia, Soller, Andratx and Portals areas of Mallorca and Andalucia. We visit these locations on a regular basis and can therefore inspect villas to not only ensure that they are suitable, but also to be able to discuss them confidently with prospective clients.

We do seriously consider houses in other locations and may provisionally add these to our portfolio pending inspection, if we are convinced that they are suitable.

For owners, we take a deposit against damage to, or loss of property. This is in the form of a client credit card run and any possible claim must be notified to Villa Retreats as soon as possible, but in any case within two weeks of client departure. We also do not identify houses on our website.

Our basic criteria:

  • Private PoolHouse must have a private pool (heated if possible)
  • Maid ServiceThere must be provision for maid service before and during guest stays, also pool, garden and house maintenance.
  • Emergency24 hour emergency contact for all our guests
  • AgreementWe have a signed agreement
  • AvailabilityThe house must not be for sale
  • Booking DepositOnce a deposit is taken, bookings must be honoured

As part of our company-wide commitment to providing complete customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection we are pleased to let you know that, at no extra cost to you, your booking with Villa Retreats Ltd is fully insured. Meaning that in the unlikely event of the provider being unable to complete your booking you will be fully indemnified for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form.
