The new Balearic Eco Tourism Tax is applicable to all properties in Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca. A payment in cash of approximately €2 per person, per day (16yrs old and over) will be collected by the villa owner / Management company sometime during your stay.
Between the months of November to April the villa is rented without any services although these can be added by arrangement for a supplement.
At all other times including Easter and Christmas the following services are included in the rental:
VIP Airport pick up and drop off
Champagne and Canape reception on arrival
Flower service (entrance hall and dining room)
Drinks package (selection of local wines 10 each of red and either white or rose plus Cava/Proseco, selection of beers, variety of soft drinks and sparkling waters and a complimentary bottle of Villa Kerida Sloe Gin)
Complimentary L'Occitane bathroom products on arrival
Chef - 3 services per day (servers not included)
Maid Service - including evening turn down 7 days per week (personal laundry is not included)
